AXTON AE146 - Oval 4 x 6" / 10 x 15 cm coaxial car speaker set
2-way coaxial system, car oval speakers for front or rear, sound system with 100 watts, also suitable for motorhomes
The AE146 from AXTON is an oval 4 x 6" / 10 x 15 cm coaxial system that can be used to replace older or defective speakers at a very reasonable price. Although designed to be extremely budget-friendly, this new car speaker from the ELEMENT series impresses in terms of workmanship and sound with the well-known AXTON quality.
The 2-way coax system is equipped with a sturdy sheet steel basket and fits easily into the original installation openings of most vehicles - not least due to the reasonably dimensioned strontium ferrite magnet of the bass-midrange driver. The AE146 can be used as a front system or as a rear system for rear fill.
Top sound in the entry-level class - the bass-midrange driver has a lightweight, low-resonance injection-molded polypropylene cone, which impresses with its high rigidity and high internal damping and stands for precise reproduction across the entire transmission range. In addition, there is a lightweight foam surround to make the impulse response even faster and the mass to be moved even lower.
The AXTON coaxial system is equipped with a very compact 13 mm tweeter with a Mylar dome tweeter and ferrofluid-cooled neodymium drive, which guarantees a lively, differentiated high frequency reproduction. Cover grilles are included in the scope of delivery.
