If it is not possible to replace the original factory amplifier of a premium sound system, the A894DSP can be connected to its outputs. However, if the factory amplifier has an output voltage that is too high, this will lead to an overload at the input of the A894DSP. This excessive voltage can be reduced with this adapter; it is designed for an output voltage of the factory amplifier of up to 40 volts.
