...is our promise that you will receive a system tailored to your vehicle. All components and connectors are a perfect fit; the acoustics are optimized for your vehicle. The SPECIFIC series for BMW vehicles consists of a total of eight models: three Compos and Coax systems for the different vehicle models as well as two variants of under-seat bass speakers with 2 Ohm or 4 Ohm voice coils.

THE HIGH TONE

Equipped with an analytically precise 25 mm aluminium dome, clamped in a slightly damping fabric surround, this tweeter delivers precise music details with an extremely pleasant sound image. The geometry of the dome is selected to provide the best performance in the given installation position of the vehicle. This means you get a consistent high frequency level and a fantastic spatial depth over a wide range in the vehicle. The dome is surrounded by a stable contact protection in the unique AXTON design. For reliable signal transmission, the cables are not only soldered on, but also provided with additional protection against vibrations. These measures ensure a very long service life.

THE MIDRANGE DRIVER

Klänge, die unter die Haut gehen: das ist unser Bestreben. Wir verwenden als Membran eine neue Technologie, einen besonderen Materialmix bestehend aus einer akustisch sehr harmonischen und hochdämpfenden Papiermembran mit einer Beschichtung aus extrem harten Quarzkristallen. Diese Kristalle sorgen mit ihrer enorm hohen Sprungantwort für die gewünschte Präzision des Klangbilds. Wir nennen diese besondere Membran CRYSTAX. Die gesamte Schwingeinheit, also die Membran mit Gummisicke, die Nomex-Zentrierspinne und die 1 Zoll Schwingpule, werden sicher gehalten im neu konstruierten Composite-Korb im markanten Axton Design. Dieser neue Korb bietet eine hervorragende Stabilität trotz der filigranen Streben, welche wiederum dem rückwärtigen Schall genug Raum zur Entfaltung bieten und Reflexionen verringern. Der kräftige und gleichzeitig kompakte Neodym-Magnet sorgt für die nötige Power und den definierten Klang in beeindruckender Klarheit.
